I've never danced before. Can I join?

Yes. SIDF is not only for people who already dance. There are easy workshops for complete beginners, and you can also just watch the shows and battles. If it's your first time, start light with a One-Day Pass (Fri, Sat, or Sun), or go for the 3-Day VIP if you want the whole festival.

How is SIDF different from my regular dance classes?

Classes are for learning; SIDF is where you enjoy what you learned right away. Pick workshops by level during the day, watch the shows at night, then dance it all at the social the same evening — new styles and new people in one weekend.

Can I come alone, without a partner?

Many participants come alone. Salsa socials rotate partners, so you'll naturally dance with people you meet on the floor.

Is salsa a good workout? Does it help with stress?

Salsa keeps you moving to music, so it works as cardio. Moving your body with good music and people also helps you unwind, which is why many office workers pick it up as a new hobby.

Do I need to speak Korean to join?

No. SIDF is an international festival with English, Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish support, USD checkout, and WhatsApp/WeChat contact for overseas visitors.

What is the refund policy?
