- All tickets are purchased through official SIDF channels, and participants must check their purchase details plus the terms, refund, and transfer policies.
- Even if you cancel because of your schedule, refunds are available until two weeks before the event after deducting a 10% fee from the payment amount.

If the event is canceled or significantly changed for organizer reasons, a full refund or an alternative solution may be provided.
2. Ambassador Program & Private Lessons
- Questions about ambassador activities and partnerships can be sent through SIDF’s official KakaoTalk, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
- Private lessons can be requested and arranged only for event participants.
- SIDF applies a 5% fee for arranging private lessons based on booking and operating costs.
- Final responsibility for lesson content, scheduling adjustments, and results remains between the instructor and the participant.
3. Merch & Program Operations
- Event merchandise may be offered in limited quantities, and availability follows the announced conditions.
- Artists, schedules, and program composition may change due to unavoidable circumstances, and updates will be announced through official channels.
- Class difficulty, teaching style, and on-site operation may be adjusted depending on each program and instructor.
4. Personal Information & Limitation of Liability
- SIDF collects and uses personal information only within the scope necessary for service delivery, notices, and inquiry responses.
- Personal information is deleted without delay after the purpose is fulfilled, unless retention is required by law.
- SIDF is not directly responsible for personal injuries, losses, or disputes among participants during event participation.
- Liability may be limited for changes or suspension caused by force majeure such as natural disaster, government order, war, terror, or the spread of infectious disease.
5. Revisions to the Terms & Notice
- These terms may be revised when relevant laws or operating policies change.
- Important changes will be announced in advance through the official website or official SNS channels.
- Matters not specified in these terms follow applicable laws and common business practice.
- Disputes related to these terms shall be governed by the Seoul Central District Court of the Republic of Korea.
